Mission Statement
East Coast Charters Ltd is a privately owned British company established in 2001. Since then, the company has built a diverse fleet of vessels. Based in Lowestoft on the East Coast, we also have successfully completed contracts as far afield as The Netherlands and Barrow in Furness. We have also completed various contracts along the east coast working out of Ramsgate and Harwich.
The company's well maintained fleet of multipurpose vessels is supported by a team highly experienced in management and operations. East Coast Charters Ltd are justifiably proud of their hard earned reputation for completing even the most difficult projects on time and to the highest standards. This reputation has seen our clients using the company repeatedly on different contracts.
Working in partnership with a growing number of clients throughout the UK and Europe, The Company have implemented an ongoing investment and modernisation programme which will ensure that we remain at the forefront of marine survey, crew and store transfer, and windfarm support in the future.
As part of the company's ongoing commitment to improvement and expansion in order to remain at the head of renewable energy support, we are taking delivery of 2 new vessels in early 2011. We have also committed to a new build contract that will ensure a continuous supply of vessels through 2011 and beyond.
Windfarm Support and Transfer
Our fleet of Catamaran's are equipped with fendered bows specifically designed for the safe transfer of personnel to wind turbine platforms.
Diving Team Support
Our vessels are capable of supporting small commercial dive teams carrying out such tasks as wind turbine or pier inspection and pre salvage surveys.
Hydrographical & Wildlife Surveys
We can directly provide a limited range of survey services such as basic seabed mapping and to monitor the impact of commercial offshore development on sea birds and mammals.
